Do you ship overseas ?

    • Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year round, so stay tuned for exclusive offers. The majority of our customers are in Europe, MREs, and golf countries that greatly appreciate our creations, such as Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.

What delivery method do you use ?

    • For international deliveries, we rely on our partner DHL.

What is the delivery price ?

    • Delivery is free.

How can I change or cancel my order ?

    • Once your order has been paid and processed it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it.

How long does it take to deliver my order ?

    • Normal delivery times are 3 to 4 business days, but can be as long as 5 to 6 business days during high demand periods. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How can I track my order ?

    • When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive it, please email care@maisonranaz.com

How long does it take the custom caftan ?

    • It can take anywhere from 10 business days to 40 days, depending on the model you choose.

What are the benefits of a custom caftan ?

    • When a kaftan is made according to your measurements, it is therefore perfectly adjusted to your figure. You can customize the model by selecting the color, fabric, cut, length yourself. the caftan becomes pleasantly unique to wear.

Can I buy fabric for my kaftan and then send it to you ?

    • Yes, you can offer your own fabric for making your caftan.

How do I take care of my Maison Ranaz pieces ?

      What is your return policy ?

How to order a kaftan online and make the payment ?

    • Contact us via whatsapp or email us to confirm your order. Once done, you can then make payment using the method that suits you best.

How to choose the right measurements ?

    • An important part of designing your kaftan is making sure each size fits perfectly. Our size chart is available on all of our item pages. Also, you will be notified by phone once you have placed your order.

Can I pay in installments for my purchase ?

    • We offer our customers the option to pay in installments, with 2 or 3 payments, contact us for more information.

What is your return policy ?

    • Orders may be returned within 7 days. The
      item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn and not altered in any way.
      We offer a full refund of the item price (excluding original shipping costs).

How do I request a return ?

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order ?

    • In some cases, your destination country may charge customs duties or other taxes. Maison Ranaz has no control over these charges as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
